Been using my R6 Mark II for about 8 months now, and after testing several cards, I'd strongly recommend the SanDisk Extreme Pro UHS-II. It offers excellent price-to-performance ratio and handles 40 FPS shooting without breaking a sweat. For most photography needs, you don't need to spend a fortune on the absolute fastest cards.
